Louis has taught Equine Sciences Internationally for over 25yrs. In this time treated over 30,000 horses and developed instruments and procedures that benefit the horse.
He passes on knowledge of a family tradition with over 160 yrs. practical experience. Louis has trained some of the most advanced horse dentists in Europe.

Dental inspections without the use of sedative to identify dental imbalances and how they can affect performance problems.
Form to function! This seminar will help participants understand what is creating these imbalances and how and how to prevent these abnormalities.
Understanding why certain Head types of Horses have dental imbalances according to their Head Types.
Why watercooled power instruments are used. Results of Thermography and sensitivity tests results will be shared.
What is the difference between shortening the incisors and balancing them. Theory and practical will cover when to shorten the incisors, when to balance the incisors and when to leave them alone.
Theory on Diastema! What are causes of this dental imbalance and what is a common sense treatment.
What is the cause of Tartar and Plaque! How to prevent the build up of this problem.
Preparing the mouth for an extraction, extract or not to extract.
THIS SEMINAR WILL CONSIST OF THEORY AS WELL AS A WET LAB FOR PARTICIPANTS TO TREAT HORSES TEETH.
This seminar will take place near Munich Germany. Introduction and registration, will be on March 1, 2013 at 16:00 hrs. Theory will commence after registering is complete. March 2 will commence at 10:00 hrs and finish after 18:00hrs. this will include treatments by participants as well as theory on special cases and questions that arrive. March 3 will commence at 10:00hrs with participants doing treatments and theory on specific cases done in the seminar.
